Congratulations to Cathryn, our Employee of the Quarter for Business Services!

Cathryn works the scan desk, but goes above and beyond by scheduling, logging and assisting schedulers as well. She is very flexible when the departments need coverage and has amazing customer service. Cathryn works well with our internal departments, both technical and support! She has definitely become a “go to” staff member for several within our company.

Meet our Employee of the Quarter four our Technical Division:

Hannah’s positive attitude and willingness to do whatever is asked of her is amazing. In one year of employment at SWDIC, she has not only learned but excelled in everything we have asked her to do. Hannah’s beautiful smile and can do attitude is contagious. I have been approached by Technical Supervisors and staff members letting me know what a great employee Hannah is and how much they appreciate her help throughout the center. Meet our Employee of the Quarter for Business Services:
 
Sharon has served SWDIC for many years and is very detail-oriented in researching credit balance accounts. She works diligently ensuring that applicable patient payments are refunded within 60 days from the time the account becomes a credit balance. Sharon works well with her coworkers seeking assistance from her. Sharon is always willing to do whatever is asked of her from the Director of Business Services and the Billing Manager and is consistently eager to assist our patients.

Meet our Employee of the Quarter for Imaging Services:

Joe helped us (sono) multiple times and stepped in at the last minute on some major projects that he was not even involved with. He is always extremely nice, cordial, calm, and willing to help in whatever way he can, even when we are a little crazy about our computer issues! He has also been able to come up with last minute, excellent suggestions, including coming over to fix a PC in the middle a conference call so GE could remote into the desktop, all while providing excellent last minute help on our Viewpoint project!

Cody G. / Patient Account Rep – As Patient Account Representative, Cody is responsible for timely claim payment and patient communication. Management continues to receive patient emails and telephone calls praising Cody’s assistance with claim issues and his thorough communication with both the insurance company and with them. Cody often goes the extra mile to ensure SWDIC’s renowned customer service standards are exceeded.

Meet our Technical Division Employee of the Quarter:
 
Gail P / Mammographer – Gail has been a dedicated mammographer with SWDIC since 2004. She is always friendly, smiling and giving exemplary care to our mammogram patients is just natural for her. It is not uncommon to hear her infectious laughter coming through the exam door. She is makes her patients feel they are at SWDIC for more of a reunion with an old friend than a visit for their mammogram. Gail can be depended on to be punctual, efficient, and professional at all times. She is excellent with time management and organizational skills. She performs weekly QC testing with competence to maintain the highest quality standards demanded for MQSA. Gail is an outstanding team player and will assist her coworkers when needed and before being prompted to do so. Melissa is on our Quality Assurance team within Billing. She consistently ensures the accuracy of data prior to claims submission and works closely with technologists and other department supervisors. She keeps track of any errors in order to make operational improvements that will continue to make SWDIC better each day.
