Job Description

This position requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Answers department telephone and responds to inquiries and requests. Manages patient data charts files, scanning, and other administrative functions of the patient electronic medical record. Must be people oriented.

  • Answer and handle incoming calls according to department standards while providing outstanding customer service.
