In my experience, Southwest Diagnostics stands out above all medical related organizations in today's world of health care. The people that work there are professional, thoughtful and friendly, and my multiple experiences with their staff over many years have been easy and stress free. They are always prepared for my arrival, never make me wait, and answer all questions with knowledge. The staff is so friendly and kind. I always have a positive experience here - a statement I cannot make for most other medical related visits. Yesterday, it was raining and I walked thru a puddle of water in the parking lot. My shoes were soaked and my clothes were wet. With care and thoughtfulness, they immediately brought me fresh, dry socks and a heated blanket. The staff always tells you in detail in advance and during the procedure what you are about to experience and checks to be sure you are comfortable. I am so very thankful for all they do and how they do it, and if you need any type of imaging, mammograms, etc., I highly recommend booking with SW Diagnostics. The other companies do not even come close.
