Cody G. / Patient Account Rep – As Patient Account Representative, Cody is responsible for timely claim payment and patient communication. Management continues to receive patient emails and telephone calls praising Cody’s assistance with claim issues and his thorough communication with both the insurance company and with them. Cody often goes the extra mile to ensure SWDIC’s renowned customer service standards are exceeded.

I would probably save it or get something for my two boys, but before that I would thank the person and tell them how much of a blessing that is for them to do that and I would probably do something nice for someone else to keep the blessing going
