Sharon has served SWDIC for many years and is very detail-oriented in researching credit balance accounts. She works diligently ensuring that applicable patient payments are refunded within 60 days from the time the account becomes a credit balance. Sharon works well with her coworkers seeking assistance from her. Sharon is always willing to do whatever is asked of her from the Director of Business Services and the Billing Manager and is consistently eager to assist our patients.

Joe helped us (sono) multiple times and stepped in at the last minute on some major projects that he was not even involved with. He is always extremely nice, cordial, calm, and willing to help in whatever way he can, even when we are a little crazy about our computer issues! He has also been able to come up with last minute, excellent suggestions, including coming over to fix a PC in the middle a conference call so GE could remote into the desktop, all while providing excellent last minute help on our Viewpoint project!

Meet our Business Services Employee of the Quarter and learn some fun facts about him:
Cody G. / Patient Account Rep – As Patient Account Representative, Cody is responsible for timely claim payment and patient communication. Management continues to receive patient emails and telephone calls praising Cody’s assistance with claim issues and his thorough communication with both the insurance company and with them. Cody often goes the extra mile to ensure SWDIC’s renowned customer service standards are exceeded.

Any time a radiology procedure is done, there is some concern of the long-term effect on the human body because of exposure to radio waves, magnetic energy, or other any other “invisible” wave. As people become increasingly aware of their children’s health, we see that a lot of people are concerned with the safety of an MRI for their children.

Meet our Technical Division Employee of the Quarter:
Gail P / Mammographer – Gail has been a dedicated mammographer with SWDIC since 2004. She is always friendly, smiling and giving exemplary care to our mammogram patients is just natural for her. It is not uncommon to hear her infectious laughter coming through the exam door. She is makes her patients feel they are at SWDIC for more of a reunion with an old friend than a visit for their mammogram. Gail can be depended on to be punctual, efficient, and professional at all times. She is excellent with time management and organizational skills. She performs weekly QC testing with competence to maintain the highest quality standards demanded for MQSA. Gail is an outstanding team player and will assist her coworkers when needed and before being prompted to do so.
