Bobbi C – Bobbi is an exceptional example of dedication, decisiveness, and integrity. Keeping patients first, Bobbi has successfully transformed CMI business operations to an effective, functional, and more streamlined process; and she is a pleasure working with.
In addition to the fine remarks made about Bobbi from her nomination for this recognition from Business Services, she stepped into a very challenging role at CMI, and with her vast experience and knowledge of the imaging center’s business operations, transformed the working relationship between CMI staff and Texas Oncology into a positive, mutually beneficial working relationship between these two excellent facilities.

Meet our Business Services Employee of the Quarter:

Venus E. – Billing: Venus has very good customer service skills. She is very detailed in helping the patients with their questions. She does a great job researching her accounts to ensure that they have been paid correctly. She does a great job returning the patients calls and tells them the answers to the questions that have been asked of her. Venus is a team player and will do whatever is asked of her to get the account resolved. Venus has worked diligently with numerous physician offices encouraging and assisting them with PECOS enrollment, thus enabling SWDIC to recover previously denied reimbursement. Pat H.  has very good customer service skills when she is dealing with our patients and the insurance companies on issues. She is very detail oriented in researching her accounts. She works well with her coworkers when they have a question for her. Pat will do whatever is necessary to get a claim paid when she is asked by her manager. Pat has also done an exceptional job in training our new billing employees.
