Meet our Employee of Quarter for our Technical Division:
Shauna D., Research Project Coordinator/Imaging Services AA: Shauna demonstrated excellent leadership skills in the recent renovation of Suite 100. She was part of a multi-disciplinary team that met with contractors, architects, and THD building engineering to develop and implement the renovation plan. During the renovation process, she coordinated with several contractors to perform their duties with minimal impact o…n the day to day operation of SWDIC. She also coordinated the purchase, design and installation of new signage, the recovering of the existing seating throughout the suite, and the removal, storage and reinstallation of our precious artwork. All this while performing her regular duties as Research Project Coordinator. Shauna is a valued member of the Imaging Services Team and staff member of SWDIC.

Kari O – Patient Care Coordinator, Confirmations: Kari is the reliant and constant performer on the afternoon shift in the confirmations department. I can always rely on her leadership and mentoring of new hires. She is stellar in the way she trains and helping with the QA process of our history sheets. She came to us with a wealth of radiology knowledge in 2017, but offers so much more beyond that with her compassion and patience with fellow workers and our patients. Kari is a true asset to the confirmations department and SWDIC!!
