Job Title: CT TECHNOLOGIST
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

ABOUT THE JOB:
The main responsibility of this employee entails the timely performance of CT exams while maintaining quality imaging and quality patient care. The technologist is also responsible for obtaining patient medical histories and obtaining accurate CT scans, administering contrast agents and obtaining prescriptions from radiologist for scans. All CT scans must be performed and all equipment operated to ensure there is no unnecessary radiation to patient, operator, or any persons who may be nearby.
This job requires an individual with good communication skills and the ability to work as a team member, coordinating job duties by the minute with other employees in the center. In this fast paced Imaging Center, the employee must exhibit tolerance and the ability to deal constructively with stress. This person must be empathetic with regard to patient care and always make the patient’s needs the number one priority.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeably performs CT scans in compliance with governing agencies and SWDIC protocols.
- Operates technical equipment skillfully and positions patients accurately.
- Evaluates images for technical quality.
- Ensures correct images are sent to PACS in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Current CE with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
- Current CE with Texas Medical Board.
- Preferred experience in Computerized Tomography.

ABOUT THE JOB:
Our busy outpatient radiology center is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Scheduling Department. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Experience in radiology scheduling and a fast typing speed are considered a plus.

About the Job:
This is a fast-paced, and challenging position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the highest level of care for our patients/family members. The Patient Care Coordinator’s primary purpose is to create an exceptional first experience for the patient. Customer service is the number one priority. This individual should have good communication and organizational skills.
Job duties also include consulting with patients and/or their representative to obtain personal/demographic information or verify information already on file, including contact, emergency numbers and insurance information. Document appropriate information in the computer system based upon department documentation standards.

Job Title: Medical Records Clerk
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

ABOUT THE JOB:
This position requires an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Answers department telephone and responds to inquiries and requests. Manages patient data charts files, scanning, and other administrative functions of the patient electronic medical record. Must be people-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains confidentiality of patient health information.
- Answers phone calls within 2 – 3 rings.
- Retrieves DEXA and auto printed reports, runs daily CD by Courier and AMBRA reports, prints schedule for CMI CT PET for CDs/DVDs/reports for delivery via on campus, near off, and far off couriers.
- Prepares courier sheets for delivery and pick-up for all 3 couriers.
- Delivers CDs/DVDs/reports to any on campus area, including provider offices, in a timely manner.
- Maintains a copy of the courier sheets for 14 days. Scans original signed courier sheets into Royal.
- Faxes requested reports to physician offices/medical facilities.
- Requests reports and images as needed by departments (CT, MRI, Sonography, Mammography, and Radiology) from outside facilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of State and Federal laws (HIPAA) pertaining to confidentiality of protected health information.
- Medical Records experience and medical terminology (1 year) preferred.
- Document imaging experience (scanning and processing of paper documents).

Responsibilities:
The function of this employee is to operate diagnostic medical ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic medical examinations for interpretation by a radiologist. Abdominal, Abdominal Doppler, OB/GYN; Small parts including Breast; Vascular Ultrasound; and assisting the physician as needed in performing additional imaging and biopsy procedures.
Qualifications:
