Responsibilities:

Job Title: PET/CT Technologist

ABOUT THE JOB:

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patients for examinations when necessary.
  • Order a variety of radiopharmaceuticals for oncology, brain, and research studies from multiple radiopharmacies.
  • Assist in maintaining various calibrations for Hot Lab equipment and the PET/CT unit.
  • Demonstrate extreme competence in I.V. access.
  • Provide outstanding patient care.
  • Collect patient history, dose, and scan PET/CT patients.
  • Be self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively to maintain a daily schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an approved 2-year Associate’s or 4-year Bachelor’s degree program in Science and/or Nuclear Medicine.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Nuclear Medicine experience post-graduation.
  • ARRT (N) and/or CNMT certification required.
  • PET/CT experience is not necessary—we will train you in PET/CT.

About the Job:

The Assistant Controller has primary responsibility for the general accounting for SWDIC and CMI. Duties include monthly financial close, reporting, and account reconciliations as well as provides accounting and analysis support to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the following functions for both SWDIC and CMI:
  • Accurately and timely close books full end to end accounting.
  • Assists with the preparation of the annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly analysis of variances
  • Prepares schedules and responds to inquiries for the annual audit
  • Prepares Balance Sheet account reconciliations
  • Research and resolves account reconciling items in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills are required, especially Excel and Word.

About the Job:

Join a team of highly experienced full-time and PRN nurses in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Provide patient care and ensure patient safety for all age ranges from pediatric to geriatric. The RN provides a safe means of reacting to emergency situations inside the imaging center. Must be a highly independent and motivated individual who is aware of emergency preparedness protocols. Must be able to fulfill ACLS and PALS obligations and responsibilities in an expert manner while dealing with medical emergencies through interaction with radiologist and technologist. Job Title:     CT Technologist – PRN

Job Type:     PRN

Schedule:     Day Time

Work Setting:     In Person

 

About the Job:

The main responsibility of this employee entails the timely performance of CT exams while maintaining quality imaging and quality patient care. The technologist is also responsible for obtaining patient medical histories and obtaining accurate CT scans, administering contrast agents and obtaining prescriptions from radiologist for scans. All CT scans must be performed and all equipment operated to ensure there is no unnecessary radiation to patient, operator, or any persons who may be nearby.

This job requires an individual with good communication skills and the ability to work as a team member, coordinating job duties by the minute with other employees in the center. In this fast paced Imaging Center, the employee must exhibit tolerance and the ability to deal constructively with stress. This person must be empathetic with regard to patient care and always make the patient’s needs the number one priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Background in GE equipment or software is desirable
  • Knowledgeably performs CT scans in compliance with governing agencies and SWDIC protocols.
  • Operates technical equipment skillfully and positions patients accurately.
  • Evaluates images for technical quality.
  • Ensures correct images are sent to PACS in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Current CE with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
  • Current CE with Texas Medical Board.
  • Preferred experience in Computerized Tomography.
